Anand Gore

Anand Gore has varied experience, including selling space for a Business specific business directory, setting up and running a training centre for NIS, managing large accounts for MicroUniv & playing a pivotal role in setting up the L&D function at SAP Labs India. During his tenure at SAP Labs he was Manager - Training Operations. He was responsible for planning and executing training requirements which amounted to approximately 1800 training programs every year. He implemented the SAP HR – Learning module at SAP Labs India and remotely managed this operation for other subsidiaries as well. He played an important role in setting up and successfully running SAP’s University Alliance Program with some of India’s premier top-tier colleges. He managed the whole SAP Certification process during 3 successive SAP TechEds in Bangalore, India. Anand is an MBA & has over 10 years of experience in the L&D arena. He is certified in Thomas Profiling, DISC, CPVA and TriMetrix. He has attended ISABS-Basic lab in human processes.
