Jenny Sarang

Jenny Sarang, is a Graduate in Business Finance from University of Colorado, Boulder, U.S.A. and an MBA from F MS, University of Delhi. As an American, living in India for 18 years, Jenny brings a cross cultural blend of Indian, American and international perspective and experiences. Jenny was with GE for nearly 10 years, which included setting up the training function for GE capital, and managing operations for the Business Leadership Skills division of GE Corporate India. She is a certified GE Crotonville faculty on Facilitation, Influencing, Hiring, Coaching, WorkoutTM , Change Acceleration Process, Advanced Leadership and Building Essential Leadership Skills. She is also a certified assessor for MBTI Step I & II as well as DiSC. She is a global trainer for GE Capital Consumer Financing Businesses and has trained in more than fourteen countries around the world with diverse global audiences.
