Barbara Galyen

Dr. Barbara Galyen, combines practical leadership experience with several decades of consulting, training, coaching and facilitating around the globe. She has lived  in several countries during the last 20 years,  including  India, Germany, England, Australia, and Kenya  apart from the United States. She has helped build and enhance successful organizations on every continent of the world.  Her expertise with multi-national, global teams comes from firsthand experience. Her work with the UN and NGOs keeps her abreast of global initiatives and the importance of building a sustainable world. Her doctorate in Organizational Leadership and masters in Counseling provide the foundation for helping companies build relationships and results. Barbara’s areas of expertise include: Crossing Cultures, Team Building, Leadership Development, Communications, plus Leading and Managing Change.
