Damian Goldvarg

Dr. Damian Goldvarg, works with Fortune 100 companies as well as with local organizations, offering services in English, Spanish, and Portuguese languages. He has more than fifteen years of Consulting experience providing services in: Executive Assessment and Coaching, Organizational Assessment and Intervention, Leadership Training, Performance Feedback, and Group Facilitation. Other areas of his expertise include Communication Skills, Conflict Resolution, Behavioral Interviewing, Team Building, and Time Management. He is called regularly by Personnel Decisions International (PDI) to conduct their proprietary assessment centres, and Leadership Development and Coaching courses for companies throughout Latin America, Asia, and Europe.  Dr. Goldvarg participates actively in boards of directors of community organizations. In 1997 he was recognized with the Daniel Lara Award for Community Involvement..  He is certified as a professional coach by the International Coaching Federation.  He has a doctorate in Organizational Psychology.
