Ranganathan S (Ranga) Ranga is a well known name in the L&D arena, especially in the IT Sector, where he engages in both Consulting and Training assignments. Over the last 13 years, he has gathered immense knowledge and experience in the areas of Organizational Development, Project Management and Leadership domains. He has held seminars and workshops for large corporate houses like Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, Wipro etc. He also conducts management sessions for Microsoft during events like TechED, Developer Days, and Architects Summit. He has delivered several sessions on “Leadership and Change” targeted at selected CEOs, CFOs, CIOs of the Indian IT industry for Microsoft. Ranga holds a Post Graduate degree in Management from IIM Bangalore preceded by a Post Graduate degree in Mathematics from IIT Chennai.  His consultancy, SymIndia is well known for the quality of its services.
